Doctors caution against self-diagnosing based on internet remedies, oils, or supplements without medical evaluation. Hair loss can stem from various causes, including vitamin deficiencies, thyroid imbalances, iron deficiencies, or hormonal disorders. Health experts advocate for early diagnosis through scalp examinations, medical history reviews, and necessary blood tests. While stress-related hair loss may improve with lifestyle changes, stress management, nutrition, and proper care, hormonal hair loss often requires long-term medical treatment and monitoring.

Specialists underscore the importance of identifying the root cause early to preserve hair health and enhance treatment outcomes. Understanding the underlying factors can significantly influence the success of managing and treating hair loss.
